Silva Mind Control
Silva Mind Control was pioneered in Laredo, Texas by an uneducated but brilliant man named Jose Silva.
He discovered a simple method of lowering the brain wave cycles into alpha, using that state to heal, manifest, and accomplish very unusual feats, especially for the early days of his work, in the 1940’s.
